Gasp needed a rebrand and a positioning adjustment before launching their testnet. To achieve this, we created a campaign concept called "The Gasp Week." This campaign featured a series of announcements, each more significant than the last, starting with the rebranding, followed by the Seed Round, and concluding with the Testnet Launch.
Our approach included designing a new go-to-market (GTM) strategy, refining their positioning and messaging, and developing a comprehensive campaign launch plan. As a result, we achieved over 50,000 signups and generated 270,000 conversions.
Droppy is a Telegram-based gaming platform where users can play to earn points and receive rewards. Sui's ecosystem projects allocate a percentage of their token supply as rewards on the platform, with each project creating its own custom mini-game.
